Apart-hotel on Pushkinskaya Street

Project goal:
To create a highly profitable apart hotel for two separate units with a recognizable design for daily rent.

Implementation conditions:
A two-room apartment is located in the very center of the capital, on Pushkinskaya Street. The total area is 55m2. In addition to redesign, it is necessary to make a cardinal and convenient redevelopment. Find and use all the obvious features of the premises to increase the usable area.

Result:
We have been working in the apart hotel sector for more than 10 years and have created about 100 similar projects, so we clearly understand that the main task of the project is to create highly profitable apartments with minimal investment, requiring a creative approach to the use of space.

Having divided the apartment into two zones (units), we united them with a common corridor with an area for the cleaner. The limited space of the corridor was expanded by using mirrors on the wall.

In the first unit, we made the most of the height of the room (4.2 m). We created a separate sleeping area above the bathroom. At the entrance, we placed a convenient kitchen with a bar area. To expand the space, we used mirror surfaces.

Further into the room, we expanded the narrow living room area with mirror surfaces on the walls and cross beams on the ceiling.

And in the bedroom area, we increased the window sills, creating workplaces from them.

In the second unit, we created a unique space due to plastic walls decorated with mosaics, cross beams on the ceiling and a unique design solution with a black ceiling.

Thanks to our approach to using space and creating a recognizable interior, the profitability of these apart hotels is 25-30% higher than competitors.
