The project of a serial 12-modular house for the manufacturer Homers Global

HOMErs – Belgravia

A 12-unit showroom project by HOMErs in the Belgravia housing estate. This is one of the largest in the production line, and was therefore chosen as the flagship for demonstration to potential clients.

Project Goal:
To develop a frame, modular house project for a manufacturer with which it could enter the international market and successfully compete.

Implementation Conditions:
To improve the existing architecture and design of current houses. Structural elements should be manufactured with current production capabilities. The disassembled house structure should fit into a 40-foot sea container for transportation.

Result:

Our team found a unique idea and created a recognizable architectural design code inherent in the entire updated model line of the manufacturer.

At the first international presentation in London, the manufacturer received 4,500 pre-orders. Thanks to new investments, it was able to open a second factory (in Slovakia) and establish production of houses in Ukraine and the EU.

For the HOMErs Global line, we developed 8 types of houses, 16 configurations and 32 options for planning solutions.
