VETBIO production and logistics center project

Project of a production-logistics-office center for the Ukrainian production of animal products VETBIO.

Project goal:
Creation of a modern and functional production-office hub for a manufacturer of veterinary drugs with a logistics hub.

Implementation conditions
Use and reconstruction of an existing Soviet-era building on the site. The need for a sufficient number of parking spaces, a bomb shelter, as well as sufficient space for convenient access, loading and unloading of trucks.

Result
The project involves several stages of implementation and has the ability to adapt to changing customer needs.

During the work on the project, we came to the conclusion that the old building on the site can be used after reconstruction (the customers planned to dismantle it).

This, in turn, makes it possible to accelerate the relocation of production to our own facilities, save on rent, as well as on dismantling work.

A production line will be located on the site, and an office part will be located in the extension to it. All future infrastructure will be built around it.

We decided to stylize the facades of the building with decorative panels. This emphasizes the company’s DNA and allows for the correct direction of natural light into the office space.
