Redesign of the UKRNAFTA gas station

Project goal:
To create a recognizable concept for the redesign of the UKRNAFTA gas station in the center of Kyiv, which will allow it to stand out from competitors, update the DNA and set the architectural tone for the entire gas station network.

Implementation conditions:
The existing gas station of the UKRNAFTA network between the right and left banks of Kyiv. Renovation and redevelopment should be without changing or dismantling the supporting structures of the building.

Result:
In the depth and study of the market and the client’s competitors, we came to the conclusion that the development of the design code and visual image boils down exclusively to creating brightness. There is a feeling that you are observing New Year’s trees, which differ from each other only in the signboard.

To jump out of this boundless neon ocean, we decided to literally take a step back in rethinking the design. To go not forward, but backward, into a retro style, creating a symbiosis of modern trends in design, comfort, the needs of today’s users, and retro architectural images.
