Project Goal: Finding the optimal placement of three tennis courts and a club building on the site.

Implementation Conditions: The site is in the process of dismantling an industrial building, which affects the construction process. Adjacent territories are also in the process of dismantling and construction. Design and communication in the BIM environment.
Construction in three stages.

Result: A study of the site and construction conditions was conducted, in particular the state of city communications and networks that are not subject to dismantling. A comprehensive analysis of urban planning and architectural conditions was conducted, on the basis of which we found the optimal placement of structures. The most optimal options for placing structures were proposed, with a design proposal for the further development of the facility.
