Be|LIVE is a growing modular house concept.

Project goal:
To develop a project for a house for IDPs for 4 families, which would be better in terms of comfort than container houses imported from Poland, but at the same time be in the same price range.

Implementation conditions:
It is necessary to develop a project for a frame house, and place 8 houses for 4 families each on an existing plot of 1.4 hectares with power lines and gas pipelines passing through it. To offer a visually more attractive and comfortable solution, but with approximately the same budget.

Result:
Our team developed houses with modern architecture, a high level of comfort, various options for arranging modules among themselves, the possibility of the so-called “growth” of these houses, the possibility of transportation to other sites, and, if necessary, further commercial use. With many obvious advantages, the budget increased by only 20%.
