Our climate requires us to arrange the house and plan accordingly so that the living rooms / terraces and bedrooms have windows to the south, otherwise they will simply not be cozy and cold.
Tip №4 – Entrance to the site
The ideal option is to enter the site from the north, and the development of the site to the south. Also one of the most convenient options will be one in which the garage / parking lot is as close as possible to the house. Just imagine in all the colors how you go with packages of food in the snow or rain across the area to the house. A great option would be to build a canopy between the parking space and the entrance to the house.
