Business Center City Zen Park

City Zen Park is a modern renovation project of an industrial building in Kyiv near the Vasylkivska metro station with the largest mural on an office building in Ukraine.

The architectural and visual image emphasizes the synthesis of art, nature and urbanism. This is a sublimation of the park in architecture: the curvilinear forms of the facade and interior resemble natural landscapes, and broken lines add dynamics.

The atrium staircase with a light lantern symbolizes the desire for light and development. The interior in Japanese colors (red, black, white) with large areas of glazing creates transparency and lightness.

Steel strings resemble raindrops, enhancing the atmosphere of the park.

The main request with which the customer approached us was to create a unique business center with a limited budget and in a short time, which would be able to win the competition in the market. At the time of our participation in the project, construction work had already begun on the site, so the search for an idea had to be quick.

The flexibility of the internal space we created and the unique visual image of the building did their job, as the payback on the construction investment was only 2 years.
