Conceptual proposal for a multifunctional SPA complex in the Warsaw Quarter

Project goal:
To create a recognizable concept for redesigning the building for the future multifunctional SPA complex in Vynohradar.

Implementation conditions:
The existing building is surrounded by standard multi-storey buildings.

Result:

We analyzed the surrounding space, possible options for the entrance, entrance and movement of visitors. Taking into account the data obtained, we developed appropriate movement schemes, and focal and accent places of the building facades. In addition, in creating planning solutions and facades, we took into account the movement of the sun and natural lighting.

Also, thanks to the architectural solutions of the facades and the addition, we added modern plasticity and dynamics to the building, which allowed us to visually distinguish it against the background of similar buildings in the area. In addition, we added usable space.

We designed a stylish and functional SPA space with a hammam, hot tubs, spa and separate areas for fitness, yoga and a gym.

To better reach the adjacent business sectors, we designed a cafe on the territory of the SPA complex.

The modern architecture and design of the building emphasize and impress the potential audience of visitors – residents of this promising area, with a large number of modern residential buildings and young people.
